Manager your BOWEL MOVEMENT without medications:

   1.  Eat well including increasing fiber in your diet
             
) w  P% j! z# z" a        - such as bran, cereals and whole grains, fruits and vegetables have high fiber      3 f: N5 t+ y3 I2 `
   2.  Drink well including plenty of fluids - about eight glasses of water, juice or milk every day
3 ^+ E  B( @! L2 j   3.  Exercise regularly - at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week
1 {1 a# ^9 @5 g$ s# h$ y3 H" t   4.  Try to have flax seed oil in your diet and honey with your tea...
